Sitting by a Fire

Today is cold... that deep cold that seems to seep in through the cracks and chills you down to the bone...wouldn't it be a wonderful time to sit around a fire, sipping hot toddies with your loved ones? Sounds like my kind of night!

We do not have a fire place in our apartment, so I will not be sitting around one tonight, but I will be participating in the first meeting of my new book-club, and I am so excited to have the girls over later! Unfortunately, holiday plans have gotten in the way for some people... but the party must go on...book-talking, wine, and smores made over the flames from my indoor fire-pit... not a bad night indeed. What will you be doing this chilly night?
