Ice Balls

I once heard that Japanese cooks start off with learning how to shape ice into perfect circles before they learn anything with food. Circle cubes melt a lot slower, thus keeping your drink cooler and less watery for longer. What a great idea...but who is going to do all of that work? In a search, I found the company,  Prepara, who makes ice ball molds that can be filled with anything you leaves, lemon slices, a splash of juice, cucumbers, a flower... Check them out, and dress up your drinks!
