Wood Wall

How do you feel about this fire-wood wall? I love the way it looks, but wonder if it would attract more little bugs in the house... I do like the natural element wood brings to a room and I am sure we would use the fireplace a lot more if the wood  was there as a reminder. Would you ever want a wood wall?
