Rumchata

Last weekend (at the 21st birthday bash) I was introduced to a new drink. We were taking them as shots, and lordy were they delicious! The liquor is a marriage of the Mexican rice drink, horchata, and rum.- aka: RumChata! Have you tried this yet?

 KB (John's Mama) is thoroughly obsessed and it's hard to blame her after trying this yummy mix!

Here is a great RumChata happy hour drink that I cannot wait to make for KB the next time I see her!

Momma Latte

• 2 parts RumChata
• 1 part skim milk
• 2 parts patron xo cafe (or bitter coffee like you would make for iced coffee)
• Tequila (optional)

Mix up really well and enjoy!
