Today, I am so sleepy! I was tossing and turning till the wee hours last night, which made waking up this morning a bit of a challenge. I may just need a midday pick me up to keep my energy and spirit going... here are a few things that always help my sleepy days:
A small bowl of mixed (unsalted) nuts
Some yummy chap-stick
Going for a short, brisk walk
And, when I finally arrive back home:
Pouring a glass of wine, put my feet up, and enjoying the moment. Won't you join me?
