Yogurt Pops

What is more refreshing than a Popsicle on a hot summer day?...HMMM,  maybe a glass of  ice- cold lemonade would be the closest contestant...but, not much else can satisfy and revitalize like the cool lick of a Popsicle. Here is a yummy recipe I found, and want to try...maybe we can make them together and have a Popsicle party?

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Watermelon (seedless or remove seeds)
  • 3/4 cup fat-free thick Greek yogurt
  • Honey, Agave, or Maple syrup to taste

Directions:
Puree watermelon in a blender or food processor.
Strain liquid through a sieve and into a bowl- as it will have bits in it. Add the strained watermelon juice and the yogurt and blend well. Add sweetener to taste.
Pour the mix into a glass jug ( easier to pour in to the Popsicle molds) and then pour into molds of choice. Place in to the freezer and leave until set.

You can really make this recipe with any fruit you like or have on hand! Let the experimenting begin!
