Glass Pitcher
Lemonade:
- 1 &3/4 cups of sugar
- 8 cups water
- 1 &1/2 cups lemon juice
- Optional: a few limes and mint for a garnish
- In a small sauce pan, bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring until all sugar has been dissolve. Take off of heat and let cool. Place in refrigerator until needed.
- Juice your lemons (1/2 a lemon usually has about 2 tablespoons of juice). Take out all seeds, and add in your lime juice as well if desired.
- Mix together the chilled syrup, water and lemon juice (I always add ice and mint leaves now if you want them). ENJOY!
