Head Cold Fix

How is it that Cold and Flu Season manages to always come at the same exact time? John has a head cold that has crept its way to me as well! Tonight we are going to relax in a Sauna, and after,  I will be making hot toddy's. 

Here is my go-to recipe:

• about two ounces of Jack Daniels
• A spoonful of honey
• Juices from a half of a lemon
• Hot Water
• If you have them- a cinamon stick and/or dried anise for fun!

Mix together and sip slowly...enjoy every sip!
