Pioneer Woman's Pesto

Want other ideas for using pesto? Even though pasta with some fresh pesto always hits the spot in my tummy, I am absolutely open to other concepts of use as well. 

Sandwiches, pizza, dipping sauce... the pioneer woman has got me thinking!
